Fewer repetitive questions
Package, usage, service status, and announcement information stays available to customers.
A dedicated customer app for internet service providers
Let customers check their package and usage, manage connected devices, test their speed, and reach your services—all in an app carrying your name and brand, without building a software team from scratch.
A problem every ISP recognizes
Much of the everyday service information a customer needs should be available in seconds, without waiting for a reply.
How much of my package is left?
Why does my connection feel slow?
How many devices are on my Wi-Fi?
When does my package expire?
MahaarNet moves many everyday customer-service tasks from calls and messages into a simple app experience.
See the product
Customers should not have to understand the systems behind their service. They should be able to find what they need and get things done quickly.
Swipe to explore more screens
Customers sign in with their service ID and can see the available paths for retrieving that ID on the same branded screen.
Active package, usage, remaining time, and service status at a glance.
Customers can review available packages, data allowances, durations, and prices in one clear view. This screen displays package information; online purchase and renewal are not current capabilities.
Customers can see connected devices and manage the home-network controls they need.
Account details, payment history, settings, announcements, and contact paths in one clear place.
What your company gets
MahaarNet does more than add a few customer features. It creates a more direct path between your company and your subscribers.
Package, usage, service status, and announcement information stays available to customers.
Customers do not have to move between phone calls, WhatsApp, and the service counter for basic information.
Important updates reach customers through a channel that belongs to your company.
A dedicated app presents your company as a modern, organized ISP.
Supported capabilities can grow over time in the same environment customers already know.
White-label from the start
Your customers do not need to know the MahaarNet name. The app carries your company name, logo, colors, and visual identity. When customers open it, they meet your ISP.
Your brand. Your customers. Your infrastructure. We build and maintain the technology behind it.
Build or use a maintained product
A customer app is more than a set of mobile screens. Servers, accounting and network connections, app releases, security, bug fixes, and future updates all require ongoing ownership.
| Build in-house | Use MahaarNet |
|---|---|
| Hire and retain a development team | No dedicated development team required |
| Design the backend and APIs | Existing product infrastructure |
| Build and maintain the mobile app | Brand-ready customer app |
| Design the billing-system connection | DeltaSIB integration available |
| Design network-device integration | Integration with MikroTik devices available |
| Plan and execute deployment | Deployment support included |
| Own fixes and every future update | Ongoing product maintenance and development |
If your goal is not to build an independent software organization, you do not need to recreate the entire stack to offer a customer app.
Grounded in network reality
Every ISP has its own architecture, accounting system, and constraints. We review that environment first and shape the connection model around it.
Connect the required information and controls through your MikroTik devices, around your existing network structure.
Read the subscriber information the app needs from the existing accounting system.
Services that can only reach internal systems can run inside your ISP network.
The service receives only the access required for the app's supported capabilities.
Your network should not be redesigned for MahaarNet. MahaarNet should adapt to your network.
A clear rollout path
We map the accounting system, MikroTik environment, access requirements, and company needs.
Branding, connections, and required configuration are prepared.
After testing and approval, your company's version is prepared for subscriber use.
The work does not end at launch. Updates, issue resolution, and product development remain part of the relationship.
Built alongside a real ISP
MahaarNet has been developed and tested in a working internet company environment with real ISP systems. We will publish the customer's name and imagery only with formal permission.
A local software team
MahaarNet is built by the team behind Bazarak.app. We develop around the real conditions ISPs operate in, from limited access to internal systems to deployment on company infrastructure.
Our goal is not to sell an app and disappear. We want to be a long-term software partner for ISPs working to offer better digital service.

No. The app name, logo, colors, and visual identity are configured around your ISP brand.
MahaarNet works with DeltaSIB. If you use another system, we first review its API and integration options.
Normally, no. We first review the existing infrastructure and design the deployment around that network.
The deployment model depends on the ISP infrastructure. Services that require internal access can run inside the ISP network.
Yes. MahaarNet is offered as a maintained product, and the relationship does not end with the first release.
We review each ISP's needs, and supportable capabilities can be considered for the product roadmap.
The next step
In a short session, we will show you the working app and discuss your current infrastructure. If MahaarNet fits, we will map out the connection and rollout path.
The demo does not create any obligation.
